The Jubilee is an annual event
having been held lor live years.
Kor three years participants tour
ed the valley, visiting most of the
principal herds. Last year a Chau
tauqua was beld at the state fair
grounds. This ar tbe Jubilee
will take the form of a series of

contest. Both Tillamook debaters
