Newell, project manager lor the reclamation service on the Klamath Irrigation district, will not be deposed by Secretary of the Interior Work. This was made plain by the cab inet officer at a conference Friday morning when be told directors of t he district that he preferred to keep Newell fit his post and con vert him Into his idea of how the work should be done.
