A fourth death, that of Otto Graf In Sa-I Una, Kan., twenty yeans ago being investigated by Judge Har ry Olson of the municipal court in conneotlon with the alleged murder of William N. McCliD tock. Graf was a brother in law of William D. Shepherd, foster father of McClintock, now charg ed with murder. After Graf's death Shepherd i said to have succeeded to the management of the drug busi ness in Salina. Julie Graf, daughter of a Sa lina barber and sister of Otto, is said to have been married to Shepherd when he was lying In bed with an injured neck, report ed at that time to have been brok en, and when he is said to have believed be would die. Charles B. Wyrick of Chicago. son of a former clergyman of Sa lina. already has conferred with Judge Olson and recalls Shep herd when the latter was living there. Announcement was made today that Charles S. Poling, a former resident of Oregon, who now lives in Ridgway, Pa., will address the Salcra Kiwanis club at Us meeting next Tuesday.
