At present there are con stitutions of 13 high school or ganisations filed with htm. Of these at least one, the Commercial Studenta club, Is defunct. AU ex cept two of the constitutions were filed neveral years ago, and the lists of names, where names are given, have long since ceaoed to be correct. It le - persistently rumored among various quarters that inauy of the constitutions were not authentic in the first place. Some of the reports of constitu tions filed are not signed at all: mnny nro not signed by any fac ulty representative. The only two recent reports filed are those of the T. N, T. ("The Nice Twen ty") and Phoenix clubs, both girls organizations. Of these the Phoenix report ! signed by et u dent, and examination of the T. N. T. report revealed no sig nature whatever.
