Week-end amnions of the anthracite miners and operators sub-committee on wage contract negotiations were agreed on by both parties today In an endeavor to settle the bard coul atrlke. John h. Fire Fighters Asked Reports that the state of Penn sylvania had called on the union to furnish fire fighters for another mine tire which broke out yes terday were verified by William J. Judge Dlngeman yesterday di rected that an investigation be made to determine whether Mo rosco had been a resident of Mich igan "two years and upward," as required by the divorce laws when a divorce decree was given nis first wife, Mrs. Anna Mitchell,, March 29, or whether there had been collusion In obtaining the separation. The fact that the decree signed by Judge Dlngeman had separated the Moroscos became known .asi Saturday when the producer's marriage to Miss Selma Patee In Los Angeles wag announced.
