Cox, jointly Indicted with Herbert Wilson for the rob bery ot a mall truck hers March 3, 1921, pleaded not guilty In the United States district court here today. Wilson, who is said to hare been a clergyman at one time in his life and to have occupied pul pits in Oregon and Canada, plead ed not guilty several weeks ago. Cox Is said by federal agents to have made a confession which im plicated Wilson. About $400,000 was said to bave been obtained through the robbery of the truck.
