Farewell Talk New Tork, . Dec. 21. "I have come to love . all Americans for their sDirit of diligence and for their generous heartedness, " said! Marshal Foch In his farewell mes sage to the. 'With deep regret I bid you good-bye," the allied leader said, ' 'For almost seven weeks the Legion has entertained me marvel- ously in your splendid country.
