Three Polk county men were arrested ind fined for moonshinlng operations at Hood Itiver. Jesse Davis, Joe Swearlngen and B. Fox were the victims, and they were each fined $250, and al though the telegram advices did not so state. It is Inferred that they paid the fines. All three men are well known. B.
