Tho fifty million dollar livestock pool, sub scribed by bankers at recent con ferences here and In New York will bo in operation by next Mon day, according to Everett C. Brown, president of the National Livestock exchange. M. L. Mc Clure, a livestock commission man and banker, will direct the pool with offices in Chicago. No direct loan will be made by the pool corporation, Mr. Brown announced. The loans will be made through local bank and cattle loan companies, the bank er or loan companies guarantee ing the loans.
