The explo sion of an oil stove at Dr. Heisley's sanitarium Thursday morning was the cause of a fire. An alarm was turned in and the fire department responded promptly, but before the hose could be connected with the hydrant, Dr. Heisley attached the garden hose to a faucet In the building and extinguished the blaze, but not until considerable damage w is done. The stove had been tumi d down, causing the ex plosion. The alarm was given at about 9 o'clock, and within a few minutes the street in front of the building was crowded with people.
