More than 20,000 rifles have been surrendered as provided for In the Bielefeld agreement. The workmens' leaders continue to express resentment at the steady ad vance of the relchswehr southward, the latter arriving today at Ratingen j and Mettmann .within eight miles of Dusseldorf.
