NOTICE OF SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE
• For supplemental budgets proposing any change in a fund's expenditures by more than 10 percent.
A public hearing on a proposed supplemental budget for Wallowa County Health Care District,
Wallowa, State of Oregon, for the current fiscal year, will be held at Wallowa Memorial Hospital. The
hearing will take place on June 26, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the
supplemental budget with interested persons. A copy of the supplemental budget document may be
inspected or obtained on or after May 24, 2021 at Wallowa Memorial Hospital, between the hours of
9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
The Troy School Board will meet for their Regular Board Meeting on Tuesday, June 8, 2020 at
4:00 pm. To support the Governor’s recommendations for social distancing, Troy School District #54
will conduct the June 8, 2020 board meeting by telephone/video conference only. Members of the
public can contact Gretchen Piper: gpiper@r18esd.org for information on attending.
Public Comment. Only written public comment or testimony will be accepted and may be submitted
to Troy SD #54, 107 SW First Street, Suite 105, Enterprise, OR 97828. Agenda and materials for
the board meeting will be available at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and can be requested from
Wallowa Education Service District – Region 18, 107 SW First Street #105, Enterprise, OR 97828 or
by email: gpiper@r18esd.org.

Heating System Efficiency Upgrade for Cloverleaf Hall

NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING
Wallowa County Event Center & Fairgrounds is seeking bids for a heating system efficiency upgrade
for Cloverleaf Hall, 668 NW First St., Enterprise, OR 97828, as described below:
Removal and disposal of current complete oil heating system. Install a heating system consisting
of three units (front, mid, and back units with air filtration system, two of these would be heat pump
systems with the third being a high-efficiency gas furnace). Installation would include connecting
the system to the current well. Install a retractable divider wall in the main meeting room. All
parts and labor to make this a complete operating and installed turn-key system including wiring
and controls. This will be a design build contract.
The County will provide permits.
A public meeting of the Lostine Cemetery District will be held on June 8, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Silver
Creek Financial, 175 Hwy 82, Lostine, OR 97857. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the budget
for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021 as approved by the Lostine Cemetery District Budget commit-
tee. A summary of the budget is presented below. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at
175 Hwy 82, Lostine, OR 97857 between the hours of 10:00 a.m., and 3:00 pm. This budget is for an
annual budget period. This budget was prepared on a basis of accounting that is different than the pre-
ceding year. If different, the major changes and their effect on the budget are:
Requirements for consideration of award of this project are as follows: A valid CCB# included with
the bid, proof of liability insurance upon awarding, work is to begin immediately upon awarding.

Sealed bids will be received until 4:10 p.m., June 10, 2021. Bids will be opened for review at that time
and will be presented to the Board of Commissioners for consideration of award on June 16, 2021 at
9:05 a.m.
Your bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Wallowa County Board
of Commissioners, 101 S. River St., Rm. 301, Enterprise, OR 97828, and should be clearly
marked on the outside of the envelope “Bids for Cloverleaf Heating System – To be Opened
June 10th, 2021 at 4:10 p.m..”
NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY FACSIMILE OR ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE.
Wallowa County reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in compliance with all prescribed public
bidding procedures and requirements. Wallowa County further reserves the right to reject for good
cause any/all bids upon finding of the agency that is in the best interest to do so.
