Patricia Ann (Burleigh Micka
Dec. 11, 1943 –– Aug. 31, 2017
Patricia Ann (Burleigh)
Micka passed away Thurs-
day, Aug. 31, 2017, at Wal-
lowa Memorial Hospital
in Enterprise. She was a car-
ing and loving individual who
will be missed dearly by her
family and friends.
Pat was born Dec. 11,
1943, in Klamath Falls,
Ore., to Robert and Marjorie
Burleigh. The family resided
on a 320-acre ranch between
Klamath Falls and Merrill,
Ore.
She grew up almost like
an only child as her older
brother, Bobby, was 12 years
older than she. Pat was an
active child as she partici-
pated in ballet, tap dancing,
acrobats and swimming. Her
favorite was ballet.
Pat graduated from Mer-
rill High School in 1962.
In school she was actively
involved in many clubs and
organizations: annual staff,
paper staff, music, state
speech, speech dub, pep club,
4-H, Theta Rho and the Elks
Panel. Her senior year she
was voted, “Most Likely to
Succeed.”
Her hobbies included
going swimming, dancing,
reading, listening to music
and spending time with
friends. She continued to
enjoy these hobbies through-
out her years. After high
school she attended Southern
Oregon State College in Ash-

A year prior to attending

1963, at the First Presbyterian
Church in Weiser, Idaho.
They purchased their fi rst

which had been the original
farm of Joseph Micka (Jerry’s
grandfather). The family later
moved to Enterprise to raise
their children.
Pat worked at the Pioneer

She and Jerry later moved

she was a very loving wife
