Exhibits released Saturday, Aug. 12th, 2:30—3:30 p.m. All prints must have been taken by the exhibitor. No framed prints, no screened prints. All prints must be matted and mounted and ready to hang. Entries are limited to two entries per class. Size limits: 5"x7" to 16"x20". Snapshots may be entered in Youth divisions only, and must be 4"x6" or smaller. Miniatures must be 8"x10" or less, including mats, any subject but limited to three entries in this section. Do not re-enter exhibits that have been entered in pre- vious years. JUDGING uses a standard set of criteria, with a num- ber value given each print. Prints must attain a certain number value to place in a section. Generally, the print achieving the highest score wins the section. Ties are re-judged. A lone entry in a section must attain a pre- determined number of points to place in a section. Lots for all Classes are the same. SUBJECT MATTER: Intended as a guide only, not a limitation. Entries are limited to one display per class, per family, per garden. If there are 3 entries of a single variety, they will be judged in a separate class. Pick market size specimens that are representative of variety named. Have correct number of specimens for class. All sections MUST contain 5 specimens unless other amount specified. All specimens should be as uniform and alike as pos- sible: Nearly the same size, the same degree of ripeness, of similar color. Enter every class you can, even if your fruit or veg- etable is not at its peak. Other growers have the same weather to contend with. Unless other arrangements are made, any exhibits not picked up at end of the fair will be disposed of. Exhibitors may replace land products with fresh ones any time after judging.
