General Manager B. E. Nieder meyer Jr. said the timbers will be used as piling for the show, which is being built on marshy Flushing Meadows on Long Is land. He said the piling is to be de livered within 90 days. Total cost is expected to be about M mil lion. He said the order was the larg est his company has had in 42 years of providing specially tim ber products. RETURNS TO UNIFORM WASHINGTON (UPP-Lt. Cnl. John H.
