A steady demand was noted in the
butter market today with slow in
crease in production. Prices were
unchanged.
Demand for eggs was keen,
with supplies being moved as
rapidly as they reached dealers'
floors. Prices were unchanged.
Butter Cube, 93 score, 42 c;
92 score 42lic; 90 score, 42c; 89
score, 41'4c pound.
Eggs Prices to retailers: AA,
large, 44c; A large, 42c; medium
A, 39c; small, 35c dozen.
Asbestos mines recently discov
ered in Vermont contain a consid-
