July 21 (U5 The congressional committee investigat ing the Tennessee valley authority today smoothed over internal differ ences and adopted a resolution per mitting TVA employes to offer in formation to any committee witnesses designated by the chairman of the congressional group. Hep. Thomas A. Jenkins. R.. Ohio, who hatt led verbal ly with Francb Biddle. counsel for the committee, on the right of witnesses to question TVA employes, offered the resolution. Meantime, Dr. A. E. Morgan, ousted chairman of the board, sat to one side waiting to be recalled to testify. Dr. Morgan started the con troversy when he complained he was not allowed to question TVA em ployes without first notifying the TVA management. OWEN WISTER DIES , North Kingstown, R. L.
