Differing from previous special editions which The Bulletin has is sued in that it contains no current news except such as has to do with the county fair, the newspaper is de voted entirely to exposition of agri cultural prosperity in Deschutes, county. The first section deals with the fair Itself in u general way. and aaso Includes some general agricultural articles, as well as touching on the district's timber resources. Redmond, the home of the county fair, is featured in the second sec tion, the first page of which contains a number of illustrations showing the growth of the city in the north end of the county. The third section features purlieu-; lar sections of agricultural land In Central Oregon, principal prominence' being given to Tumulo on account of the present move to colonize the Tumulo project. In fact, this edition might be well used as informative literature to be sent to prospective settlers. This section also features. Powell Butte and the Ochoco project.
