"I am loath on account of our friendly relation lo believe that the secretary of interior himself is guilty (if this sniping front Washing ton at those working for your inter ests," Congressman Sinnott said in conclusion of his statement, which contained a resua;e of the work of McNary and himself in securing needed legislation for this state.
