July l.V A prolonged fight in the state of Wash ington for the adoption of the pro posed federal child lahor amendment loomed today as a result of the ac tion taken hy the Washington Fed eration of tabor ill session here. A resolution was passed yesterday afternoon calling for a conference at all interested organizations to draft plans which will bring ahout the rati fication of the proposal at the legis lature session this fall. It stipulates that each interested organization name two delegate to meet at an early convention to map out n state wide program.
