THE MOVIES C-nfiid Theatre. Theda Bara, the William Fox star, will be seen in a magnificent super picture production of "Caniille" at the Grand Theatre Sunday evening and Monday. Founded upon the world-famous story of Alexandre Du mas, this unusually beautiful photo drama is wonderfully interpreted by the incomparable Theda Bara. The story of "Camille" is familiar. It deals with the life story of a lov able adventuress, whose real woman ly qualities are brought out under the influence of her love for Armand Duval, a young French student. There are many vivid scenes which will fas cinate the picture-loving public. Miss .Bara is particularly fascinating in her latest picturization. Two fathers, chums from boyhood, decided that their son and daughter should become husband and wife. The girl was taken into confidence, hut the young man was led through a series of baffling episodes fraught "with mystery and sprinkled with startling adventures before he dis covered that his courage was being tested, in order that the girl might satisfy herself that she was about to marry " a real man." In brief, that's the plot of "A Stormy Knight," the Bluebird photoplay to be presented at the Grand Theatre on Saturday night and Sunday matinee, with Tranklyn Farnum and Brownie Ver non stars of the occasion. Jack Cun ningham devised an ingenious story as the basis of the mystery-comedy, and Mr. Farnum has .been provided with a role exactly suited to his dash ing style of screen work. Pretty Brownie Vernon, who has led Far num through many merry chases, will supply an attractive incentive for the heroism of the modern knight and prove that she is a daring as well as beautiful actress. I.ilM-rty Theatre. Quaint, picturesque Japan, and hustling, rushing America are shown and contrasted vividly in "Hashimura Togo," the Paramount screen adapta tion of Wallace Irwin's famous Jap anese schoolboy stories. The star is Sessue Hayakawa, who has won fame on the screen in many productions, including "The Cheat," with Fannie Ward and "The Bottle Imp," a screen version of Robert Louis Stevenson's famous story. Being a native Japanese, Haya kawa has imparted to the role of Togo all the charm of the original, and in order that the quaintness of the language may not be lost through the "silent drama" presentation, the titles are taken direct from Wallace Irwin's own stories and "the honor able newspaperly writer" has done much to add to the attractiveness of the photoplay. "Hashimura Togo will make his most "honorable reverend debut" at the Liberty Theatre on Thursday and Friday.
