Arts center connects with the community PENDLETON — Although the COVID-19 pandemic has shuttered the Pendleton Center for the Arts, director Roberta Lavadour and her crew continue to pro- vide artistic endeavors for their patrons. The center’s online Cre- ativity Breaks provide fami- lies with activities to engage their creative side using mate- rials found around the house. Visit https://pendletonarts. org/online-resources/ to view YouTube videos showing how to make booklets, pop-up cards, junk mail collages and more from supplies found in most homes. The arts center staff is get- ting ready to hit the road with curbside art supply drop-offs targeting specifi c Pendleton neighborhoods. Visit the cen- ter’s Facebook page to fi nd out where the drop-off will be next, and be on the lookout for the car sporting specially made signs courtesy of Cre- ative Signs. The center will deliver 50 kits a week to fam- ilies that can really use them to break up the stay-at-home monotony. If you have sewing skills, you can join the arts center’s team of seamstresses making masks to supply St. Anthony Hospital with personal pro- tective equipment for visi- tors and patients to relieve the shortage faced by hospi- tal staff. Visit https://pend- letonar ts.org/mask-mak- ing-info/ to see information, photos and videos that will help you make your own masks to use or share. Don’t sew? The arts cen- ter is also accepting dona- tions of cotton fabric, elastic, clean, gently used T-shirts for use as mask ties. You can also volunteer to cut fabric, make seam binding, prep T-shirt ties and more. For more information on the center’s activities, or to volunteer, contact Lava- dour at 541-310-7413 or email director@pendletonarts.org. — EO Media Group LOTTERY Friday, April 17, 2020 Megamillions 13-35-39-46-55 Megaball: 14 Megaplier: 4 Estimated jackpot: $159 million Lucky Lines 01-07-10-13-18-23-28-32 Estimated jackpot: $30,000 Pick 4 1 p.m.: 9-0-7-9 4 p.m.: 0-8-5-7 7 p.m.: 0-7-4-8 10 p.m.: 8-0-2-5 Saturday, April 18, 2020 Powerball 04-44-46-56-63 Powerball: 19 Power Play: 2 Estimated jackpot: $24 million Megabucks 08-11-15-17-31-45 Estimated jackpot: $3 million Lucky Lines 03-05-10-14-19-23-26-30 Estimated jackpot: $31,000 Pick 4 1 p.m.: 0-1-8-5 4 p.m.: 7-9-2-8 7 p.m.: 7-8-4-0 10 p.m.: 0-1-8-5 Win for Life 35-53-73-77 Sunday, April 19, 2020 Lucky Lines 04-07-12-14-19-22-27-32 Estimated jackpot: $32,000 Pick 4 1 p.m.: 1-4-0-6 4 p.m.: 6-4-8-8 7 p.m.: 9-1-7-4 10 p.m.: 0-5-5-1 Monday, April 20, 2020 Pick 4 1 p.m.: 5-6-4-0 One Card - Three Weeks A Progressive BINGO April 17 - May 8 Order buy Buy Tell us your Share a local a Retail favorite place Gift Card phone business Purchase in Pendleton social media From A Local From A Local on the Chamber Business post Business FB page Call a neighbor and check-in on them social distancing rules apply Online Retail Purchase From A Local Business Take a Walk Outside Buy Wave at a Gift Card First From A Local Responder Business Order Takeout Buy FB Shoutout Gift Card To A Local Business From A Local Business @pendletonchamber Order buy Post a photo of phone a Retail how you are Purchase keeping busy From A Local on the Chamber Business FB page Write a Share a local FB Shoutout Renew/Join Online Retail positive social Local To A Local Purchase media review business social media Business Arts/Culture From A Local of a local retail store Business @pendletonchamber Business post Order Takeout Share your favorite quarintine outfit on social media Week ONE - FOUR CORNERS April 17-24 (by 4:00pm) Week TW0 - PLUS SIGN April 24-May 1 (by 4:00pm) + Week THREE - BLACKOUT May 1-8 (by 4:00pm) Order buy phone a Retail Purchase From A Local Business Share this BINGO on your FB page Buy Gift Card From A Local Business Prizes: BINGO Baskets filled with product/gift cards.
