It set the foundation for where Davis wants to see his team go for the rest of the season. “There’s a reason I sur- round myself with a tremen- dous staff,” he said. “You have to come in with a plan, other- wise, those two hours are a waste of time. We feel that you have to be very organized.” Pendleton’s season kicks off on Friday, Sept. 6 with a road game at La Grande.
