Requires: high school diplo-

ed by 2 years of mechanical
trade school and/or waste-
water treatment school with
an Associates Degree or
equivalent, plus one year of
experience in a truck driv-
ing, equipment operation and
maintenance, municipal treat-
ment operation and mainte-
nance, public utilities, con-
struction, or a related field.
Must possess at time of hire,
or be able to obtain within
eighteen (18) months, Oregon
Department of Environmental
Quality (DEQ) Wastewater
Treatment Level I certification.
Also requires ability to oper-
ate a variety of tools and lab-
oratory equipment including
computer, the ability to work
outside in all weather condi-
tions and perform physically
demanding tasks.
Must be able to pass a crim-
inal history check, and have
a valid driver’s license and
satisfactory driving record,
and have or be able to obtain
a commercial driver’s license.
Salary range is $3,318 -
$4,083 per month, plus excel-

equipment such as tractors,
loaders, etc.; and experience

Work is physically strenu-
