The funding dollars are made available through the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board Small Grant Program. This statewide program pro- vides up to $15,000 in Oregon Lottery funds for individual projects that help restore wa- tersheds to a healthy con- dition while also providing landowners an opportunity to comply with the local Ag Water Quality Management Plans. A match of 25% is re- quired from the landowner. This match can be in cash or in-kind.
