Drop in to help create a collaborative
painting that will live at the Arts Center! In
this ongoing class students will learn how to
“scale up” their drawings and then transfer
them onto a semi-permanent mural on the
PCA’s grounds to show off to friends and
the community. The mural will change every
week as we add on more images- students
are invited to join as often as they like.
A solid introduction to guitar covering
chords, rhythm and music reading, as well
as care of the instrument itself. This class
will provide the foundation for students to
go on to play all styles of music from rock to
classical to folk, and Mike will incorporate
these styles as students progress. Students
who already have experience playing will
improve on their skills by taking on lead
guitar parts in the group.

Kids of all ages now have full access to the
PCA’s art materials and studio space! In-
spire your kids to explore art independently
through open-ended drawing, painting and
collage, or to try out a new technique by
working along with the group on a facilitated
project (we’ll have a fun, optional project
going on each time). The emphasis is on
creative expression and play through art
making, and kids are welcome to drop in
for 15 minutes, or stay for the full session.
Parents can participate too! (Children 8
and under must have a parent or guardian
present.)

support. During class, Peg will provide infor-

fiddle practice. Parents should be prepared to
attend each class along with their child, and
are expected to help their children practice at
home every day.
