TUESDAY, AUG. 15 No services scheduled Justin D. ‘Jus’ Daly Pendleton August 6, 1980 - August 6, 2017 Justin D. “Jus” Daly of Pendleton died August 6, 2017, in Pendleton. He was born August 6, 1980, to Lori and David Daly in Pendleton, Ore. At Justin’s request, no services will be held. He attended Pendleton elementary and high schools where he excelled in soccer, theater and photography. He held a variety of positions, from combine operator to poker dealer at Wildhorse Casino, as well as an elec- trician at Keystone RV. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trap shooting and shooting pool. He was a great storyteller and was always willing to help anyone in need. August 22, 1942 - July 24, 2017 Evelyn Mae Hayes, 74, passed away on July 24, 2017, in Everett, Wash. She is survived by her husband, Gilbert Hayes; sister Juanita Emerick; children Todd Widener (Veronica), Tim Widener, Trent Widener (Cindi), Jennifer Bailey (Erik) and Andrew Hayes (Jennifer); and numerous Hayes spoiled grandchil- dren. She was a member of Marysville United Meth- odist Church and active in various ministries that serve the community. Her warmth and love was felt by many who received the baby clothing and blankets she loved to make. She will be remembered for her gentle, loving and kind manner, her quiet humility and her tremendous Christian Faith.
