Law enforcement found no suspects. SATURDAY 12:01 a.m. - Umatilla police responded to the Riverside Sports Bar & Lounge, 1501 Sixth St., for a fight outside the adult entertainment club. 9:07 a.m. - Someone stomped on flowers in a flowerbed on the 100 block of Northeast 14th Avenue, Milton-Freewater. 1:54 p.m. - Emergency services in Umatilla responded to a home on Eighth Street for a fire in the front yard. 5:01 p.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a burglary from a site on Winesap Road, Milton-Freewater. 6:45 p.m. - Hermiston police received a report of a burglary on Northeast 13th Street, Hermiston. 9:55 p.m. - The train coming through Pendleton drew a complaint for throwing sparks on the 2100 block of Southeast Court Avenue. 9:55 p.m. - A caller complained about a large amount of water sprinklers sprayed onto South Edwards and East Loop roads, Stanfield. Police looked but did not find the traffic hazard. SUNDAY 2:02 a.m. - A caller reported a fight happening on West Hartley Avenue, Hermiston. 10:05 p.m. - Pendleton police received a complaint from Parkview Apartments, 401 N.W. Bailey Ave., about an intoxi- cated female who assaulted someone. 10:59 p.m. - Three intoxicated males were offensive to customers at the Indian Hills Chevron, 309 S.E. Nye Ave., Pendleton. 11:18 p.m. - Hermiston police responded to an area on North First Street where a citizen reported suspicious sounds. ARRESTS, CITATIONS Friday •Oregon State Police reported a trooper clocked a driver for speeding at 99 mph on Highway 11 near Pendleton. The vehicle at about 10:30 a.m. zipped through the no-passing zone near the intersection with Highway 331, according to state police, and almost caused a head-on crash. The trooper cited Wendy L. Dash, 48, of Eagle, Idaho, for reckless driving. Saturday •Pendleton police arrested Katrina Marie Chamberlain, 30, of Pendleton, for unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of methamphetamine. •Oregon State Police arrested Tyler Dwight Kobasa, 25, of Adams, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended. State police reported there were three passengers in the vehicle during the stop at about 7 p.m. near milepost 17 on Rieth Road. Kobasa showed signs of impairment during a sobriety test. He took a breath test at the Umatilla County Jail that showed his blood-alcohol level was .11 percent, higher than the .08 percent legal limit. •Oregon State Police arrested Wesley Daniel Johnson, 25, of Elgin, for DUII and on a parole violation. Sunday •Hermiston police arrested Jesse Thomas Moore, 36, of 200 S.W. Butte Ave., Hermiston, for second-degree trespass, possession of methamphetamine and violating a court order. •Hermiston police arrested Carlos Barroso Valdez, 30, of Hermiston, for first-degree mischief (felony vandalism). •Pendleton police arrested Elizabeth Mae Clark, 29, address not provided, for the domestic violence charge of felony fourth-degree assault.
