his boat tags.
11:14 a.m. - Pendleton police looked into a situation where
local offender Eric Arbogast may have damaged city property
and possibly obtained water illegally on Southeast Third Street.
Court records show Arbogast lives at 356 S.E. Third St. and
has a local case pending for first-degree theft, a felony, in which
the state accused him of stealing baseball mitts worth at least
$1,000. He also has a warrant for his arrest for failing to appear
for the case on June 12.
11:53 a.m. - A caller on Southwest Cannon Street, Heppner,
reported a male and female “were in the camp trailer in the
back, really fighting bad.”
1:37 p.m. - An Irrigon resident told the Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office he discovered he was the victim of identity theft
since 2013 or 2014 and to dispute items on his credit history he
needed to talk to local law enforcement.
3:21 p.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office began a theft
investigation at Willow Creek Terrace, 400 Frank Gilliam Drive,
Heppner, after a caller there reported the theft of $453 from her
purse.
4:35 p.m. - Stanfield police responded to a report of a
burglary on South Wayne Street, Stanfield.

dogs chasing vehicles and going onto neighboring properties.
9:30 p.m. - A Pendleton male on Northwest Furnish Avenue
called 9-1-1 and asked what his options were regarding a
female he let in his apartment but now wants gone. Turned out
his option was not to call 9-1-1 for a civil situation.
11:25 p.m. - A caller told Hermiston police he caught a male
trying to steal his bike on Northeast Sixth Place and the suspect
was now on Theater Lane.
