The city is going to begin paying health insurace for permanent employees. The city will be applying for the Small City Allotment grant for street improvement. This grant is for $50,000. The city purchased some land which requires payments to be made from a Debt Service Fund. There will be transfers from the Water fund to the Water System Replacement Reserve Fund and Reserve Loan Fund. The General and Water fund has a contigency line item included in the budget. Requirements in all operating funds continue to rise.
