Fourth St., Pendleton, reported local offender Kenneth Miner of Athena called and harassed them multiple times. Several people told the man to stop calling, but he did not, and one person reported he threat- ened them. The county commissioners ofice asked to have a sheriff’s deputy tell the man to stop calling. 11:27 a.m. - An Echo caller reported a man was “driving recklessly all over town” in a white Dodge pickup with a yellow lashing light on the top. 12:36 p.m. - A woman reported the theft of her laptop computer with an 18-inch screen from her car at the parking lot of the Bank of Eastern Oregon, 279 N. Main St., Heppner. 2:54 p.m. - A landlord asked Pendleton police to take a rile a tenant left behind. 3:14 p.m. - A resident at Locust Mobile Home Court, 902 N. Elizabeth St., Milton- Freewater, reported the person trimming trees on the property moved his camper trailer without permission. 7:48 p.m. - Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded to Kunze Lane after a caller reported a drive-by shooter ired a gun from a white sedan. Law enforcement did not ind the suspect. FRIDAY 4:41 a.m. - An employee of Crossroads Truck Stop, 2020 Highway 730, Umatilla, reported broken windows at the restaurant. ARRESTS, CITATIONS •Pendleton police arrested two local transients after a caller at 10 a.m. reported they were inside the cab of the street sweeper behind Grocery Outlet, 1810 S.W. Court Ave., Pendleton. Oficers arrested Lonnie Albert Wolf, 58, for violating post- prison sanctions, a felony, and Raymond Lee Penrod, 42, for unauthorized entry motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. •Hermiston police arrested Lisa Jo Bryan, 34, no address provided, on four counts each of identity theft, credit card fraud and second-degree theft. •Pendleton police arrested Stanley Kevin Zacharias, 51, of Pendleton, for possession of methamphetamine. •A 21-year-old Boardman man ended up in jail after his sister reported he gave their mother a bloody nose. Boardman police responded to a residence at Castle Rock Apartments, 451 Tatone St., Boardman, after the sister called 9-1-1 at 8 p.m. She told dispatchers her brother, Jose Javier Ruiz Gomez, 21, had the phone when their mother asked him for it “and he got mad and punched her and took off.” The mother suffered a bloody nose, and an ambulance took her to Good Shepherd Health Care System, Hermiston. Police found Gomez at Locust and Kinkade roads, Boardman, and booked him into the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, for menacing and second-de- gree assault. •Hermiston police arrested Lazaro Avila Rodriguez, 30, of Hermiston, for possession of methamphetamine and on multiple warrants.
