He left before law enforcement arrived. 6:54 a.m. - Milton-Freewater police found gang grafiti on the restrooms at Yantis Park, 200 De Haven Street, and then about 25 minutes later at the men’s restroom at Freewater Park, 17, N.E. Eighth Ave. 8:36 a.m. - The Morrow County Sheriff’s Ofice began an investigation into criminal mischief at Irrigon High School, Irrigon. 8:51 a.m. - A Umatilla resident asked for law enforcement to come to his house to talk to him about a feud in the neighborhood regarding an easement after the neighbor cut the caller’s arborvitae trees. 10:34 a.m. - A Pendleton male reported his girlfriend assaulted him a few times over the last couple weeks. 10:47 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Ofice received information about an assault at Central Washington Asphalt, Inc., 53847 Walla Walla River Road, Milton-Freewater. 11:22 a.m. - A vineyard owner at Lower Dry Creek and County roads, Milton-Freewater, reported “an unknown type of truck” drove into the vineyard a few hours earlier, caused damage and left. 11:26 a.m. - An employer in Irrigon reported a man has been harassing workers and making demeaning and sexual comments toward women employees. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy trespassed the man. 11:05 a.m. - Pendleton police responded to Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution, 2500 Westgate, Pendleton, on a report of a male staggering in and out of trafic. 2:57 p.m. - A Pendleton caller asked police to check on the welfare of a woman who was acting strange and asking strange questions about people who died. 3:24 p.m. - A Pendleton mother reported her daughter attends Sunridge Middle School, 700 S.W. Runnion Ave., where other students are bullying and threatening her. She asked to speak with an oficer who is not the school resource oficer because she has not “gotten anywhere” dealing with him. 5:20 p.m. - A Stanield resident reported a caregiver is stealing morphine and other medications.
