An acoustic Celtic band described as energetic, exciting and innovative is returning to Eastern Oregon for a performance at Pend- leton Center for the Arts. Molly’s Revenge sold out its last show at the arts center. The group will play Friday at 7 p.m. The arts center is located at 214 N. Main St., Pendleton. Tickets are $15 and are available by calling 541-278-9201. Early ticket purchases are highly recom- mended. John Weed is a classically trained violinist who switched to playing Irish iddle about 15 years ago. Weed lived in Ireland in 2000, where he taught iddle workshops at the Flowing Tide International Music School in Doonbeg, County Clare.
