SERVICES
The Echo School District
requests statements of
qualifications from qualified
architectural firms to provide
qualified Architectural Design
Services. Responders must
meet the following minimum
requirements:
A minimum of 10 (ten) years in
providing architectural services
to K-12 school districts.
Resumes of key individuals.
Positive references from not
fewer than four K-12 districts.
The District will select a firm
from statements of qualification
or, if appropriate, conduct
interviews to arrive at is
selection decision. Selection
of the successful consultant
will be entirely at the subjective
dicretion of the Echo School
District. The District reserves
the right to reject all applicants
or suspend the process at its
discretion. In the event
negotiation of the Professional
Services Contract with the
selected consultant is not
successful, the District

with the next most qualified
applicant.

UMATILLA NATIONAL FOREST
The Grouse Salvage Sale is located within T. 6 N., R. 42 E.,
Sections 4, 9, 15, 16, 22, and 25; W.M.,
Surveyed, Garfield County, Washington and Wallowa County,
Oregon. The Forest Service will receive sealed and oral bids in
public at Supervisor's Office, Umatilla National Forest, 72510
Coyote Road, Pendleton, OR 97801 at 10:00 AM local time on
06/14/2016 for an estimated volume of 12362 ton of Ponderosa
Pine and Other Coniferous Species sawtimber marked or
otherwise designated for cutting. The Forest Service reserves the
right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a
prospectus from the office listed below. A prospectus, bid form,
and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of
sale, and submission of bids is available to the public from the
Supervisor's Office, Umatilla National Forest, 72510 Coyote
