March 16, 2016 EO-8119 LEGAL NOTICE Umatilla National Forest Wallowa-Whitman National Forest Granite Creek Watershed Mining Project Final Environmental Impact Statement and Draft Record of Decision 45 Day Notice and Objection Period The Umatilla and Wallowa-Whitman National Forests have considered public comment and have prepared a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) and draft Record of Decision (ROD) for the Granite Creek Watershed Mining Project.
