A Boardman ambulance took the victim to *ood Shepherd Medical Center, +ermiston. 2f¿cers from the Morrow County Sheriff¶s 2f¿ce and Boardman Police 'epartment searched but did not ¿nd the suspect. 2: a.m. - 7he 8matilla County Sheriff¶s 2f¿ce received another call about a man posting photos on Facebook of vehicle keys someone stole from Velasco Used Cars, Hermiston. 7:42 a.m. - A Hermiston man reported someone is using his late father’s Social Security number. 9:11 a.m. - A caller reported a burglary and damage at a storage building at West Main Street and Surething Avenue, Ione. 10:18 a.m. - Pendleton police received a call about mail theft on Southwest 15th Street. 11:10 a.m. - A caller with the West ([tension Irrigation 'istrict reported two pit bull dogs were in an irrigation ditch near Westfall Lane and Highway 730 about a mile west of Shady Rest Mobile Home Park, Umatilla. One dog was dead, the caller said, and other was “pretty wound up and has been feeding on the dead one.” 2:04 p.m. - A woman reported her father in Athena sent her photos that show his girlfriend assaulted him. He was not asking for an ambulance, the daughter said, and the girlfriend had been drinking. 2:32 p.m. - A man reported the theft of $3,000 worth of tools from a job site inside a locked building at East Harding Avenue, Stan¿eld. 6:24 p.m. - A mother in Pilot Rock reported her son was acting out, threw items and “put his hands on her just to agitate her dogs.” 7:56 p.m. - A caller reported a burglary and theft of a television, generator, 'V' player and more from his recreational vehicle in the Mill and Tiger Creek areas of Umatilla County. 8:58 p.m. - Law enforcement received a report of a topless woman walking north on Highway 11 near Mount Hebron 'rive, Pendleton. SUNDAY 1:20 a.m. - Pendleton police received another complaint about another loud party, this one Southwest First Street. 6:20 a.m. - A caller reported a woman screamed from behind the parking area at U.S. Forest Service at East May Street and North Main streets, Heppner. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy checked the area but found no one. Seven minutes later, a caller reported a crying woman did not appear to want to go with a man at the old swimming pool on South Main Street, Heppner. Again, a deputy was not able to ¿nd anyone. 8:27 a.m. - Someone drove over the mailboxes in a neighbor- hood on West California Lane, Irrigon, scattering mail all over the place. 9:53 a.m. - Vandals spray painted vehicles on Southwest 45th Street, Pendleton. 10:32 a.m. - An Irrigon man reported an animal killed one of his goats, but he did not know if it was a dog or cougar. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded, and the goat owner said he would set up a game camera. 2:34 p.m. - Power lines on Northwest Third Street, Pendleton, were “popping” and arcing due to the storm front that blew through the area. 3:47 p.m. - The wind also blew over a tree that blocked both lanes of Lee Street Grade Road near Campbell Road outside Pendleton. The tree was too heavy for one person to move. 8:07 p.m. - Pendleton police received a report of a man breaking into a house on Southwest Third Street. 9:18 p.m. - A woman on Mamie Street, Stan¿eld, told police a man may have stolen her son’s “green and rusted” 1970 Chevrolet Àatbed pickup with a toolbox on the bed. Almost two hours later, another caller on that street reported a male who earlier stole a car from the house just trespassed and was knocking on his door. Hermiston police arrested Anthony Stephen Anderson, 25, address not provided, for driving under the inÀuence of intoxicants. Saturday Police in little more than two hours arrested three people for driving under the inÀuence of intoxicants. Pendleton police Pendleton police at about 1 a.m. arrested Cyrene Marie Redelk, 22, of 404 'ogwood Loop, Pendleton for duii and resisting arrest. Then at about 2:30 a.m., Pendleton police arrested Zachariah W. Marshall, 27, of 2413 E. J Court, La Grande, for duii, The third arrest came after a report at 2:55 a.m. of a hit and run on South Main Street, with a vehicle blocking the southbound lane. The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Of¿ce cited Joshua S. Flores, 35, of Salem, for the hit and run and put him in cuffs for the duii. Oregon State Police arrested Richard Allen Logan, 47, of Blackfoot, Idaho, for duii (controlled substances). State police reported Logan at about 7:30 a.m. drove a red Honda Accord into the parking lot of the agency’s of¿ce at 681 Airport Road, Pendleton, talked with troopers and “showed multiple signs of drug use and mental issues.” Logan did not know why he was there or where he was going, state police reported, and he did not make sense when talking. He then failed a sobriety test, and a trooper took him to the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, where he provided a urine sample but declined to let police evaluate him for possible drug use. Hermiston police arrested Taylor Reid McKenzie, 25, of Stan¿eld, for ¿rst-degree burglary, ¿rst-degree theft and second-degree mischief. Pendleton police arrested Tyler James Neff, 24, of Pendleton, for second-degree theft and third-degree robbery. Morrow County Sheriff’s Of¿ce arrested Luis Alberto Nunez, 30, of Irrigon, for domestic violence fourth-degree assault after a woman reported her boyfriend punched her, threw her to the ground and threw and rock and a drink glass at her. Milton-Freewater police arrested Raul Garza Cantu, 61, of 703 1/2 Robbins St., Milton-Freewater, for duii. Sunday Hermiston police arrested Jesus Zuniga Ayala, 60, address not provided, for ¿rst-degree possession of a forged instrument, identity theft, giving false information to police and on a warrant for failure to appear. The patient, though, refused an ambulance ride to a hospital, and no one told police where the assault took place. 3:45 p.m. - Chickens, a caller reported, were tearing up the grass in his yard on Paul Smith Road, Boardman. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded, talked to the caller and the neighbor and concluded the culprits were probably wild Guinea hens. 9:50 a.m. - The Pendleton owner of a 2016 Toyota Camry on Northwest Furnish Avenue reported someone threw eggs at it during the night. 10:18 a.m. - The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Of¿ce received a call about three males and a female on the Oxbow Trail at Riverfront Park on Southwest 23rd Street and West Orchard Avenue, Hermiston, and one male had some sort of riÀe. 11:49 a.m. - The Pendleton ¿re department received a complaint about an illegal burn on Southwest 10th Street. A caller about two hours later reported the same burn and smoke in the area. And a caller at 3:51 p.m. complained about an illegal burn on Southwest Nye Avenue. 12:31 p.m. - A woman reported someone broke into her vacant house on South Broad Street, Weston, and stole a bunch of guns and ransacked the entire house. 6:01 p.m. - A Umatilla man on -ohn 'ay Street called for police for an angry neighbor that lives across the street. 6:13 p.m. - An off-duty sheriff’s deputy reported a woman was too drunk to drive when she left the new Japanese restaurant at 210 S.W. 17th St., Pendleton, but got into a vehicle and headed east on 'orion Avenue. Police did not ¿nd her. 8:51 p.m. - A Pendleton resident received threatening Facebook posts. 9:16 p.m. - Eight juveniles were inside the construction area at Sherwood Heights Elementary, 3111 S.W. Marshall Ave., Pendleton. 10:05 p.m. - A resident on Northwest Seventh Street, Pendleton, reported a loud party with a ¿re burning in the driveway. 11:13 p.m. - A Pendleton woman reported a man attending University of Oregon, Eugene, sent her a message through social media that he would kill her and her brother. 11:18 p.m. - A Pendleton resident asked police to quiet down the loud party on Southwest Nye Avenue.
