Applicants must be of sophomore standing at an institute of higher learning and be a high school graduate from either Pendleton, Pilot Rock, Weston-McEwen, Helix, Nixyaawii or Ukiah. The amount of the scholarship will be provided directly to the recipient’s school. Applications must include the following: Cover letter including the applicant’s name, mailing address, phone contact, institution’s name with the address of the ¿QDQFLDORI¿FH Statement of not more than 300 words summarizing the applicant’s goals and future educational plans, your need for the scholarship, and any special consideration about which you would like to tell us. College transcripts showing proof of sophomore standing and of graduation from Pendleton, Pilot Rock, Weston- McEwen, Helix, Nixyaawii, or Ukiah high schools. The Get Air Road Trip to the Tri-Cities is March 23 with participants departing at noon from the Pendleton Recreation Center parking lot, 510 S.W. Dorion Ave. The anticipated return time is 5 p.m. Open to youths ages 7-12, the cost is $20, which includes transportation and fees for Get Air.
