Blue Mountain Community College (the “College”) invites sealed bids for the construction of the proposed Precision Irrigated Agriculture Facility to be constructed in Hermiston, Oregon (the “Project”). The scope of this project is construction of a 12, 150 square foot (plus bid alternates), single story educational facility, together with site improvements and supporting items of work, all as required by, specified in, and shown on the Contract Documents. The Project will be executed with a design-bid-built delivery method. a.The base bid consists of: i.12,150 square foot, single story building. b.Alternates consists of: i.3,798 square foot single story open outdoor lab.
