Our Applied Behavioral Analysis Program is
seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to
serve as the clinical therapist for all home based
ABA services to children who experience autism.
This position conducts functional behavioral
assessments, creates behavioral support plans,
and ensures the effective implementation of all
in-home treatment and programming for clients
enrolled in ABA services. This individual is
responsible for adhering to professional and legal
requirements and principles as well as demon-
strating sound professional judgment at all times.
Ongoing collaboration with families, caregivers,
and service providers is necessary to ensure
continuity of care. Frequent travel is expected to
each of the Eastern Oregon Counties served by
GOBHI. Some travel outside of service delivery
area. Educational Requirements: Board

Board Certified will be considered if able to
become certified by a date mutually determined

On 4/5/2012, Walla Walla Irrigation District
filed applications for Allocation of Con-
served Water under ORS 537.470.
CW-73: The Applicant proposes to con-
serve water by piping two miles and elimi-
nating use of an addʼl 1.5 miles of the Mil-
ton Ditch, moving the point of diversion 1.1
miles downstream, piping of a portion of
the Powell Pleasantview Ditch, and instal-
lation of an automated headgate. The pro-
ject is expected to yield approx. 2.18 CFS
of conserved water from the Walla Walla
River under Certificates 86912, 86915,
86917 thru 86919, 86922 thru 86931,
86941, 86947 thru 86948, 86967 thru
86968, and 86972 with priority dates of
1875 through 1905. It is proposed that
100% of the conserved water will be pro-
tected instream from the POD on the
Walla Walla River to the Oregon-Washing-
ton state line.
CW-74: The applicant proposes to con-
serve water by piping the upper portion of
the Powell Pleasantview Ditch and instal-
lation of a new automated headgate. The
new headgate will significantly reduce the
operation spill on the Powell Pleasantview
Ditch. The project is expected to yield ap-
prox. 1.9 CFS of conserved water from the
Walla Walla River under Certificates
86906 thru 86910, 86913, 86917, 86921,
86932, 86933, 86934, 86935 thru 86940,
86942 thru 86946, and 86971 with priority
