Frank Martin (Tim) Lovgren Gladys married Archie Jr., James Calvert Lovgren, Harlan Alderman (also a Marshall Lovgren, Marion seventh sibling of 13) from Lovgren, Robert Lee Hillsville, Virginia, on Lovgren and Betty Jean August 26, 1939, in Heppner, (Lovgren) Way. Donald L. “Don” Grauer of Hermiston, Oregon, was born on December 17, 1932, in Marcus, Iowa, to parents Leland and Lucille Dorr Grauer. He died on December 29, 2015, in La Grande, Oregon, at the age of 83 years. Don was raised and attended school in Marcus, Iowa, and then worked on the family farm. He was united in marriage to Patricia L. Rembe on June 14, 1954, in Marcus, Iowa. Don served in the United States Army and was Grauer stationed at Fort Leonard, Missouri, until his honorable discharge. They moved to Vancouver, Washington, in 1960 and Don worked in the livestock yard in Portland, Oregon. They later lived in Proebstel, Battle Ground, and Goldendale, Wash- ington. Don worked in real estate and owned a motel in Goldendale from 1972 until 1978 when they moved to Hermiston, Oregon. In Hermiston, Oregon, they owned the Dunes Motel, partnered in NW Livestock, and built the Big Red Mini Mart stores. He retired and enjoyed ERZOLQJ ¿VKLQJ KXQWLQJ and taking his grandchildren to sell watermelons and cantaloupe at the farmers market. Don was a longtime member of Beth- lehem Lutheran Church in Herm- iston, Oregon. He is survived by his three daughters: Debbie Mutton, Goldendale, Wash., Suzy Waters, Kennewick, Wash., and Jill Barnes, Goldendale, Wash.; sister Eva Coburn, Phoenix, Ariz.; six grandchildren and eight great-grand- children. Don was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brothers Eldon and Floyd, and sisters Lola, Vera and Thelma. A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 4, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at the Beth- lehem Lutheran Church, 515 S.W. Seventh St., Hermiston, Oregon.
