He said he reported the cards stolen — again — and asked to speak WRDQRI¿FHU •A Pendleton resident at 6:48 a.m. told police the gates were open at her residence on Northeast Riverside Avenue when she left for work and someone left a metal object with big wheels inside her car. •A Pilot Rock resident at 9:16 a.m. reported two pit bull dogs at about 6 a.m. came onto her property and mauled her cat, which she had to take to a veterinarian. •A Hermiston-area man at 11:41 a.m. asked for law enforcement to come to his home on East Dogwood Avenue because he and his brother had a disagreement and started to throw punches. 6WDQ¿HOGSROLFHDWSPUHFHLYHG a report of animal abuse that happened at WKH3LORW7UDYHO&HQWHU6WDQ¿HOGDWDERXW p.m. the day before.
