As a result of this approval, the 2015-16 budget has some significant changes. These bond funds will be used to construct two new instructional facilities, significantly remodel one instructional facility, and will result in some major upgrades and improvements. As a result of this bond activity, Current Year Property Taxes, All Other Budget Resources, Capital Outlay, Debt Service, Facilities Acquisition & Construction, and Unappropriated Ending Fund Balance budget categories have significant changes in the 2015-16 Approved Budget. Additional State funding will also be received in conjunction with the construction projects. Other changes worth noting are that anticipated grant funding changes have resulted in shifts between budget classifications, continued reductions in student enroll- ments will result in reduced tuition & fee revenue, and increased funding from the State General Fund has also con- tributed to the increase in Revenue from State Sources.
