To win the honor of reigning over the week- end’s parade and downtown festivities she competed in a pageant on Sunday. The pageant included a round of ques- Lomas tions and a dance portion, where the teenage contestants ZHUH MXGJHG RQ WKHLU SRLVH DQG FRQ¿- dence.
