In the foreign group I'ruguay 8s broke 2 points while Seine 7s, Zurich l-s and Swiss Ss fell back 1 to 1 1-4. Heaviness in this list had little effect, however, on the $5,000,000 offering , of the Republic of Colombia, which was put out today and oversubscribed. Ko'ssons 6s moved against tho current, gaining 1 point. M. Paul liens were pffered freely, the convertible 4 l-2s and refunding I l-2s dropping 2 points each and the convertible 5s 1 1-2.
