This epoch' promises to, bring about the real awakening f I China, and above all, to brin ofoser: relationship with the United tate, Hung believes. VThree poneiKJiiiiiie Slield China's ffstinies," stated Hung. "First, the policy of 'all hands on' every Euro pean nation seeking territory to main tain the so-called balance of power. "Next came the policy of 'one hand on? that of Japan. And now, follow ing the great conference at Washing ton, comes the policy that spells an uaily bright future for China, artd all nations of the world that deal with her a policy of 'all hands off.' ' "With the nations believing in peace and progress as against war and retro" gresslon, perhaps China will be allow ed to take her lawful place in the famijy of nations, and contribute her best b civilization. -' ' . "All intelligent men and women know that the drama of future civil". liatlon will be staged in the blue wa ters of the Pacific. It should be a drama of peace. .., ; ' "We believe In peace because minds are stronger than muscles, and ideals ere more, powerful than physical force, "It Is time for the world to realizt that, China's gate Is open to all who come in a spirit of helpfulness and sympathy.- It is time for all nations 'ft?
