' 1MR18, July S. Newspapers are unanimous In declaring today that the allies had sons to the Bp in com' plete Agreement regarding questions to ba discussed with German dele gates. The consensus of newspapers was that France receive 62 per cent, of too German indemnity, England. 22 per cent., Italy nine and a half, Ser bia, five, and Belgium, eight. The bal ance would t divided among other belligerent of the world war. There is the exact fipure of the reparations total. Many conflicting reports are circulated. The Matin printed an interview ob tained by a Spa' correspondent with Jonastantin Fahrenbach in which the German chancellor declared that Ger many had no proposals to make re garding a definite sum to be paid as indemnity. "Annuities should be paid in accordance with Germany's economic rehabilitation,' Fahrenbach declared. "It will be necessary to modify the clause of the peace treaty stipulating that Germany may pay the equivalent of twenty billion gold marks before April, . 1921. We op pose a forfeiture of principles regard ing the indemnity payment in belief that a forfeit would virtually place Germany in servitude." A gpja dispatch said Germany was apparently determined that the maxi mum indemnity should not exceed fif ty billion gold marks The Germans will offer to begin trial of those responsible for the war and guilty of other war crimes imme diately. They will demand sevision of treaty clauses for the purpose of fa cilitating fulfillment of Germany's coal delivery oglibations. Jim my Davis of Columbus, Ohio, won the 300-mile dirt tracy motorcycle race here Monday, establishing a new rec ord for the track of 3:40:44. The av erage speed wan better than 81 miles an hour.
