To refresh the memory of Umatilla county voters, the following rules from the laws of Oregon are sum marized: Voters are prohibited from: (1) wearing any political badge button or other Insignia at or about the polls today; (2) accepting trans portation to the polls or remuneration for time lost in voting; 3) soliciting another to vote for any particular candidate, ticket or measure; (4) taking any 'ticket" or paper bearing resemblance to the official ballot into a polling place, other than the col ored sample ballot furnished by the county.
