Fur the past two or three years Mr. Mos sie has planted six varieties of alfalfa in experimental tracts and has found that the Grlnvm and Baltic varieties can be grown with fair success. The alfalfa is irrigated during the flood season. As another experiment in get ting cheaper forage.
