SEATTLE. Sept. 20. Pete Perko v'cti. the first Seattle man to face a first degree murder charge since capital punishment was re-established in Washington, was freed after 9 hours deliberation, by the jurors last night. The law 1 provides the Jury may recommend the death sentence.
