Promoter Rlck- urd of the Wlllard-Dempsey fight Is bitter in his criticism of the railroad administration which he said kept 20,- 000 people from the arena he built. He declared he received reports all day yesterday from towns near Teledo giv ing him word that hundreds were be ing kept from the fight because the government refused to place enough coaches at the disposal ot fight fans. Official figures on the attendance and receipts will be unavailable until late today but Rickard made a rough guess that the crowd was forty five or fifty thousands. Ha said he had ant lost money and would make a nice pro fit. . Record books will show that Demp- sey became champion of the world through the knockout of Willard in three rounds, the fourth round not havins started when the Willard sponge hit the ring. - PETERSON.
